Demon HD X-treme axles are fully assembled and all components of the axle are made from 4340 chromoly steel. This combined with our special dual heat treatment process and precision machined components is the perfect formula to build one of the STRONGEST axles on the market. Our axles feature a re-engineered internal cage with an increased surface area which ensures our X-treme axles remain reliable even under the harshest conditions. The HD X-treme axles are offered in stock lengths and extended lengths to fit most long travel suspension kit builders.
