Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Due to the challenges associated with shipping glass, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON WINDSHIELDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON WINDSHIELDS.

Conditions for Return:

  • All items must be returned in brand new, resellable condition.
  • Items that show signs of installation, use, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be authorized in advance and accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns that are not due to an error on our part.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Send an email to orders@cagewrx.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. If your return is approved, we will issue an RMA number along with return instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund (minus the restocking fee, if applicable) or store credit as appropriate.
