Services

What we make

In-house fiber laser and forming for one-off prototypes, production runs, and everything in between.

01

Fiber laser cutting

Precision-cut parts from sheets up to 5' x 10'. We cut steel up to 1/2" and aluminum up to 1/4", with clean edges and tight tolerances.

02

Forming & bending

Send us flat or bent parts. We cut and form them in-house, so your brackets, tabs and enclosures arrive ready to weld or bolt up.

03

Full assemblies

Upload a whole SolidWorks assembly as a Pack-and-Go zip. Every part is broken out and priced on its own line.

04

Prototype to production

Order one part or a production run. Quantity breaks are built into every quote, so you see the price per part before you buy.

How it works

From file to finished part in three steps

  1. 1

    Upload

Drop in DXF, STEP, Parasolid or SolidWorks files, flat or bent. On a DXF, put bend lines on a layer named "BEND".

  2. 2

    Configure

Rotate your part in 3D, choose material and thickness, and set quantities. Pricing updates live as you go.

  3. 3

    Checkout

Pay online and pick up in Temecula. A machinist reviews every file before it's cut.
